Floyd Mayweather On Pacquiao Rematch: “It’s All Bullsh*t”

Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao

After their disappointing fight earlier this year, there was talk of a Floyd Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao rematch in 2016... after his shoulder healed.

But, Pac-Man made Mayweather mad, because he consistently said he wasn't 100% in the fight... instead of crediting Floyd's excellence.

In recent weeks, the Filipino boxer has told media outlets that he'd like a rematch with Mayweather for what would be his final fight.

In an interview with FightHype, Mayweather responded... shooting down the notion of Mayweather-Pacquiao 2.

"It's all bullsh*t", he said. "What they're doing is, once again, piggybacking off my name to sell pay-per-view numbers when he do go out there and fight again."

Mayweather goes on to say that he's satisfied with the result of their first match.

"I dissected this fighter, the so-called 'best fighter of our generation'. I dissected him, probably 10 to 2, really 11 to 1, but it's safe to say 10 to 2," he said. " 'Mayweather is so boring, he's this, he's that!' I'm boring enough to do the biggest and the best numbers in pay-per-view history."

So, for now, it doesn't seem like a rematch is in the cards.
