Lil Wayne Serves Cease & Desist Over Sex Tape
After a clip from the Lil Wayne sex tape leaked online, the rapper's lawyers has fired off a cease and desist.
According to TMZ, Weezy's lawyers are demanding that the website HollywoodStreetKing remove clips of the sex tape ... or else. And, has given the website five days to comply.
"We hereby demand that you immediately cease the use, exploitation and/or distribution of the Video and that you deliver all copies, including electronic copies, of same to us or destroy such copies immediately and that you desist from this or any other infringement of Mr. Carter's rights in the future," the letter states.
The clip features the rapper engaging in sex acts with two women.
His reps say Wayne had no idea he was being filmed.
