In celebration of its 100th issue, The FADER announced this week the release of its entire 16-year archive of issues for free, via BitTorrent Bundle.

"The FADER has done an excellent job of evolving over the course of its 16-year history," said Jon Cohen, co-founder of The FADER. "We built a great property by breaking the traditional rules of media, and have managed to thrive while many in the music media world have been forced to change course, shrink, or fold.

"To celebrate The FADER's 100th issue, we have decided to make our entire archive of print issues available for a free download," he continued. "We want our readers to continue to enjoy and experience The FADER through a broad array of mediums: web, mobile, video, events and print, and we will continue to create new ways to connect our audience with more award-winning content."

Throughout the years, the mag has given some artists their first magazine covers, including Kanye West, Drake, The Strokes, Sam Smith, Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar, and Tame Impala.

The FADER's BitTorrent Bundle, titled "The FADER 100", is available online at
