Chris Brown Works Out Custody Agreement For Daughter
The custody battle between Chris Brown and Nia Guzman has been settled.
According to TMZ.com, the two have agreed to joint physical and legal custody, with Chris getting their 1-year-old 12 days out of the month without supervised visitation.
Furthermore, they've agreed that her name is Royalty Brown -- no middle name.
Chris will also pay Guzman $2,500 a month, as well as $15,000 in back support. And finally, Chris will pay for Royalty's schooling, health insurance, medical bills and nannies.
As for the drug test he was forced to submit earlier in the month, it came back positive for marijuana and codeine, but he had a prescription for both.
The settlement is subject to a judge's approval.
