Chris Brown Wins Joint Custody Of Daughter Royalty

Chris Brown and Royalty

Chris Brown scored a victory in court on Friday (September 11), winning joint custody of his daughter Royalty.

According to TMZ, the singer and Nia Guzman squared off in a courtroom. She wanted Chris to only have supervised visitation of their one-year-old child.

However, the judge disagreed, awarding Brown with 50/50 physical custody, which means Royalty will stay with both her mother and father... every four days. Both of them live in Los Angeles.

Since the news broke that he had a child with Guzman, the singer has been adamant at being involved. He's even named his upcoming album after Royalty.

Sorry TMZ, I think u got your info wrong. I've been in the court for the last 2 hours. #ILOVEROYALTY
