Floyd Mayweather Sr. Says Rocky Marciano Fought Bums To Get To 49-0

Floyd Mayweather and Rocky Marciano

The Mayweather camp continues to show no class.

With Floyd Mayweather Jr. (48-0) set to take on Andre Berto (30-3) on September 12th in Las Vegas, the boxing superstar's father addressed the record his son is set to tie.

With a win, Floyd with tie the great Rocky Marciano's 49-0 record... but Mayweather Sr. claims Rocky fought bums to get that record... so his son's achievement is that much better.

"He'll beat Rocky Marciano record and pass it. I'm just telling you the truth," Mayweather Sr. said. "That's who fought the bums. Whoever fought bums, you look at Rocky Marciano's record... you will not find no name that ever stood out in boxing. Nobody but Joe Louis and he was the old man."

What do you think? Will Mayweather's record be held to the standard of Marciano's?

He said the only name that stood out was joe louis...Shows how much he knows, hes a moron who's kid doesn't even respect him or consider him to be the reason for his success. If his own kid considers him a joke, then he probably is one.

I know. Maybe he forgot about Ezzard Charles, a master boxer or the ring wizard Jersey Joe Walcott or maybe the all time knockout king Archie Moore. And Joe Louis was past his prime but yet gave Marciano a tough fight.
