Jim Jones, Juelz Santana Denied Entry Into Canada, Tour Canceled
Jim Jones and Juelz Santana were denied entry into Canada on Wednesday (June 10), when they tried to travel into the country for a string of tour dates.
According to TMZ, the pair were set to perform 11 concert dates in Canada, but were stopped at the Canadian border... and turned away because of their arrest history.
TMZ cites recent past arrests that include DUI, disorderly conduct, terrorist threats and drugs and weapons charges.
Furthermore, both Jones and Santana were aware that their rap sheets might present a problem, so they hired lawyers to talk with immigration authorities and the FBI and believed they were cleared.
But, apparently, immigration didn't agree.
Canceling the tour will reportedly cost Jones and Santana $500,000.
