Capcom Announces “Mega Man Legacy Collection”
Capcom announced Monday (June 8) the upcoming release of The Mega Man Legacy Collection.
The company says the release will appeal to "both new players and diehard fans," featuring remakes of the series' original six games, along with a new game modes.
"The Legacy Collection will remind long-time fans and introduce newcomers to what made Mega Man such a popular and iconic character," Capcom said in a statement.
The release will feature a new Challenge Mode, which "remixes gameplay segments from all six games." Capcom says it boasts "plenty of scaling difficulty objectives for experienced players," and is also a "good starting point" for newbies.
Additionally, we see a new Museum Mode, which features a collection of high-res art from the game and original Mega Man concept pieces.
The Mega Man Legacy Collection drops this summer as a digital download for the PS4, the Xbox One and PC.
