Spike Lee was tapped to direct the 2013 remake of the 2003 South Korean cult film, Old Boy. The film's catchphrase is "Nothing is more twisted than the truth," and that's what the film's star, Josh Brolin, is looking for.
Brolin plays Joe Doucett, an advertising executive, who is kidnapped and held prisoner for 20 years in solitary confinement. After he is suddenly released, he goes on a mission to find the person responsible for his imprisonment, later discovering that his life is still caught in conspiracy and torment.
Old Boy hits theaters November 27.
