While prepping the release of his upcoming ESGN, Cocaine Pinata project, Freddie Gibbs has been doing press... and is asked about Young Jeezy again.

Gibbs voiced his displeasure with Jeezy during a recent interview with XXLMag.com, and continued the conversation with MTV News, explaining why he's beginning to open up and why Jeezy is a "fraud."

"It's tough meetin' your heroes sometimes and kickin' with them because when they take that cape off, boy o' boy under that cape, sometimes it's some scary lil' boy hidin' under that cape," Gangsta Gibbs explained.

Later, he reveals he's received death threats on Twitter, but he isn't taking it too seriously. "Yeah, death threats," Gibbs confirmed. "Hey man, I know it hurts you to hear your favorite rapper's a fraud. It ain't my fault."

Gibbs is slated to drop ESGN, Cocaine Pinata this fall.
