Popstar Katy Perry and rapper Chief Keef have beef? Apparently, they do ... all from comments on Twitter.
Perry took to Twitter on Tuesday (May 21) to express her dislike for Keef's song, "Hate Being Sober" featuring Wiz Khalifa and 50 Cent, saying she doesn't agree with the message behind it.
The Chicago rapper didn't like that much, and responded... not very nicely.
"Just heard a new song on the radio called 'I hate being sober' I now have serious doubt for the world," tweeted Perry (@KatyPerry).
Offended, Keef fired back, writing (@ChiefKeef): "Dat bitch Katy Perry Can Suck Skin Off Of my D***."
"Ill Smack The Sh** out her," he later added. "New Song Katy Perry Coming Soon."
The pop star got wind of Keef's threats, and decided to clarify her initial tweet, saying she doesn't want problems.
"Mr. Keef! I'm sorry if I offended you. I heard a lot of people guesting on the song & didn't even know it was you in particular. Actually," Katy wrote. "I'm a fan of your 'Don't Like' video tbh. I was really just having a general opinion on our generations desire to be constantly intoxicated.
"Believe me, I'm a lover not a hater. x," she concluded.
Keef retweeted Perry's explanation, and both sides have since apologized.
