Wiz Khalifa's $1 million dollar lawsuit filed against concert promotions company, It's My Party, has been thrown out of court.
The hip-hop star filed suit against the company recently for cancelling a concert at George Mason University, in which he was expected to receive $85,000 cash, plus a cut of the profits. It's My Party, Inc. claimed ticket sales for the show tanked, and they pulled the plug. So, Wiz sued, claiming it severely damaged his reputation.
According to TMZ.com, the company said Wiz never signed the contract. Thus, no deal.
The judge agreed, and dismissed the case.
