Fresh off the release of his Slime Flu 3 project, Vado visits Power 105.1's The Breakfast to bring listeners up to speed on what's going on with his career. Specifically, the Harlem rapper discusses what went wrong with Interscope, why Cam'ron wants him to do things himself, and if he's signed to DJ Khaled's We The Best imprint or not.
"That's how it's looking, but you know there's nothing guaranteed yet," he said of his deal with Khaled. "But that's how it's looking... We've got the same vision and that's going straight to the top. When I had a sit down with him (DJ Khaled), he was telling me everything I wanted to hear so you know, it was on and poppin'."
Vado also talks about how he was going to form a group with Lloyd Banks, Juelz Santana and Fabolous.
Slime Flu 3 is out now. It boasts 17 new songs with guest appearances from Fred The Godson, Jae Millz, JR Writer, and Chinx Drugz.
