A few years ago, Louisiana rapper Hurricane Chris was on fire. He broke onto the scene in 2007 with the top 10 hit, "A Bay Bay", and then, he followed two years later with 2009 hit, "Halle Berry (She's Fine)". But, the young rapper has been quiet ever since.
He's back, kicking off 2013 with a brand new mixtape, as he preps his next album, Return of the Hurricane.
On Tuesday (January 2), Chris unleashed Caniac with the help of DJs, Drama, Bay Bay and Iceberg. The mixtape features 19 songs, and just one guest appearance from Houston rap vet, Z-Ro.
Details regarding Return of the Hurricane were unknown at press time.
