The SA Studios crew were recently tapped for special projects in support of the upcoming Warner Bros. Pictures film, Gangster Squad. While tattoo legend Mister Cartoon designed a unique billboard for the film, his partner and renowned photographer Estevan Oriol visited the set in Chinatown to shoot portraits of the cast.
Here's a behind the scenes clip of Oriol shooting the film's cast, which includes Josh Brolin, Ryan Gosling, Robert Patrick, and Michael Pena, among others.
Shot throughout L.A. County, the film is a chronicle of the LAPD's fight to keep East Coast Mafia types out of Los Angeles in the 1940s and 50s. Gangster Squad hits theaters nationwide on January 11, 2013.
