NBA star Kenyon Martin, who last played for the Los Angeles Clippers, has put his Texas mansion up on the market for a cool $5 million.
According to TMZ.com, the 34-year-old NBa player bought the 15,000 sq. ft. home, located in Arlington, Texas, back in 2008 for around $3 million... and hopes to make a profit.
It sits on 8.4 acres of land, boasts 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, a full-sized basketball court, bowling alley, gym, game room, pond, pool with two huge dolphin fountains, two water slides, and 10-car garage.
Other features include white marble floors, white walls, and a pecan orchard.
