The Avengers was one of the most successful films of 2012, and also hit a mark in history by becoming the third highest-grossing film of all time. Many of its most action-packed scenes couldn't be done without computer graphics... and that's where Industrial Light & Magic came in. The visual FX company had teams of techs working day and night on the film's visual effects.
