In support of the upcoming theatrical release of the film, Zero Dark Thirty, which chronicles the hunt for al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden, we've hooked up with the studios for a giveway for you gamers.
The studios have provided us with three copies of Medal of Honor: Warfighter for the PS3, the only game that gives players the ability to be in real world events and experience the action as it might have taken place in the field.
And, if you didn't know, it also includes the Zero Dark Thirty Map Pack, which allows players to step into the boots of the soldiers who led the hunt for Bin Laden and takes you to the locations where only the most elite dare enter. The pack offers two new levels (Chitral & Darra), 10 map/mode combinations, 6 new weapon configurations and 14 new weapon camos!
As far as the actual film, Zero Dark Thirty -- helmed by Oscar® winning team of director-producer Kathryn Bigelow and writer-producer Mark Boal (The Hurt Locker) -- is a chronicle of the decade-long hunt for bin Laden following the September 2001 attacks. An elite team of intelligence and military operatives, working in secret across the globe, devoted themselves to a single goal: to find and eliminate Osama bin Laden.
The film culminates with the terrorist's death at the hands of the Navy S.E.A.L. Team 6 in May, 2011.
Supporting the film, three lucky winners will get a copy of Medal of Honor: Warfighter for the PS3.
