TMZ has obtained the never-before-seen autopsy report of the late Notorious B.I.G. this week, revealing graphic details of his injuries.
According to TMZ.com, the report confirms that a total of four bullets struck the late rapper, who is listed at 6'1, 395 lbs., during a drive-by shooting on Wilshire Blvd while he sat in the passenger seat of a Chevy Suburban.
Just one of the shots were fatal though.
He was struck in the left forearm, which traveled down his wrist; a second bullet struck his back, missed all vital organs, and exited his left shoulder; a third hit his outer left thigh and exited his inner left thigh, leaving shallow laceration on his scrotum; and finally, a fourth bullet hit him on the right hip, ripped through several vital organs before lodging in his left shoulder.
The report said that fourth bullet perforated B.I.G.'s colon, liver, heart and the upper lobe of his left lung.
Biggie was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital immediately after the shooting, where doctors performed an emergency thoracotomy ... but it was too late. He was officially pronounced dead at 1:15 AM.
The autopsy also said B.I.G. was "morbidly obese," while a toxicology test revealed that he had no traces of drugs or alcohol in his system at the time of his death.
Notorious B.I.G. was just 24 years old.
