Pharrell recently put his Miami penthouse on the market, so now, fans get a glimpse into how the super producer/renaissance man lives... at least while he's in South Beach.
He purchased the property back in 2007 for $12.5 million, and is now asking $16.8 million for the triplex penthouse, five years later, according to HypeBeast.com.
The 9,080 sq ft apartment boasts five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and wraparound terraces. Upstairs is a rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen, entertainment and dining area and a private pool.
