Tyga is hard at work on his sophomore album, following the success of 2012's Careless... and offered fans an update over the weekend.
He says recording is complete for Hotel California, and announced a release date and first single during an appear on the red carpet of thee 2012 American Music Awards on Sunday (November 18).
"I just finished my new album," said Tyga. "It will be coming out March. We got the new single. It's called '187' featuring Rick Ross."
According to the rapper, the sound of the upcoming album will not stray too far from Careless World, because it's a sound he's built and plans to continue to give to fans.
"I'm comfortable. I've built my own sound, but I'm not going to drift away from that sound too much," he tells Complex.
