Fabolous is ready to make a comeback after a recent hiatus from the public eye. He's prepping a new mixtape, working on a new album, and recently, sat down to give fans an update.
In an interview with The Combat Jack Show, the Brooklyn rapper he explained why he has taken a hiatus, specifically from Twitter, where he currently has over 2 million followers; discusses his relationship with the mother of his child, Emily Bustamante; and how having his child has changed his life.
"Certain people didn't always take my jokes the right way, so I didn't wanna keep getting into little dumb altercations, or arguments or ray j moments over it," Fab said of his Twitter hiatus.
Marriage? No, says Fab, at least for now.
"The thing about marriage is that, I believe in it but don't believe in it," he said. "I think sometimes people put on that ring and that paper, and it messes up a good thing, because now it's a different emphasis on your relationship... I like to just build on relationships and make sure you’re in a happy relationship."
The S.O.U.L. Tape 2 is scheduled to drop November 22. Next up, on the album front, is Loso's Way 2, which he hopes comes out in February 2013.
