It's here. After teasing fans with a 17-second peek, Marvel unleashes the first, full-length trailer for the upcoming, anticipated Iron Man 3, which isn't due out until next year.
The clip shows us a vulnerable Tony Stark (played by Robert Downey Jr.), who seems to be struggling with his superhero role as Iron Man, because it's putting the one person he loves -- Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow) -- in danger. He's acquired a number of enemies since donning the weaponized suit... and it's getting to him. He's having nightmares, his thoughts are filled with fear and and doubt, and his feelings are spot on, because a new enemy is coming: The Mandarin (Ben Kingsley).
Reviews say Stark will be faced with adversity. In fact, he's going to be "stripped down more than we've ever seen him since he was in that cave" from the first film, writes USA Today. His back will be against the wall, and his wits are all he will have to help him survive.
Stay tuned for further peeks, before Iron Man 3 hits theaters in April 2013.
