The Game is set to appear on VH1's "Behind The Music" this week, and it comes just in time for the release of his latest music video-- the Kendrick Lamar-featured "The City."
For the new clip, the Compton hip-hop star enlists director Matt Alonzo who paints the picture of a gripping tale of gang life, as Game and Kendrick perform while overlooking the Los Angeles skyline in the video.
The visual begins with a crime scene, which is roped off due to a murder, before cutting to the events leading up to the fatal shooting. It shows the young victim meeting up with other gangsters, played by members of Game's BWS crew, who hand him a strap and a red rag. He heads off into the night ... and eventually gets caught up. You have to watch to see what happens.
"The City" appears on Game's latest album, The R.E.D. Album, which is in stores now. His episode of "Behind The Music" is set to air Thursday (March 22) at 9pm.
