New Orleans rap legend Juvenile celebrated the hometown's annual Mardi Gras celebration on Fat Tuesday (February 21) with the release of a brand new mixtape, aptly titled Mardi Gras.
Enlisting the help of veteran southern mixtape curator DJ Smallz, who plays host, Juvie unleashes a 13-track effort, featuring the likes of Rick Ross on his single "Power," longtime collaborator Mannie Fresh, and UTP camp members Skip and Wacko.
While Fat Tuesday is over, you can experience it through the rapper's new music. Obviously, Juvenile was there, and according to his Twitter, he had a good time.
"I appreciate the love Mardi GRAS was awesome got stuck in traffic but I did get a chance to kick it with my family it was like a Lil reunion," he wrote (@JuvieTheGreat).
