Veteran photographer Mike Miller is gearing up for the release of his upcoming book, West Coast Hip Hop: A History In Pictures, documenting his photography work in the 1990s witht he likes of Cypress Hill, Tupac, N.W.A., and Eazy-E.
In support of the book's release, he's been doing some press talking about some of his experiences with these iconic west coast hip-hop legends, and how the shoots came around. In a recent interview with Freshjive, Miller describes how he came to work with Cypress Hill before they become a platinum-selling hip-hop group; his times with the late, great Tupac Shakur; meeting Eazy-E; and a young Snoop Dogg.
In support of his upcoming book, Miller will show off select imagery from the book at an exhibition on Saturday (February 4) to Sunday (February 5) at Los Angeles' Known Gallery.
