 Popular men's website, AskMen.com, dropped their annual Top 99 Most Desirable Women's list (see here) recently, and sitting atop the rankings was Colombian import Sofia Vergara ... beating out the likes of Nicki Minaj, Scarlett Johansson, Kim Kardashian, and Rihanna, among others.
AskMen says Vergara boasts "the best cleavage on network TV", and despite being 39 years old has that "desirability" to help her top younger leading ladies for the website's 2012 list after coming in at #3 last year.
"When it comes to Colombian imports, none are more in demand than Sofia Vergara these days," AskMen.com said. "The jaw-dropping 'Modern Family' star is one of our favorite things about one of our favorite comedies. Vergara shows off the best cleavage on network TV, and we've never been more jealous of Ed O'Neill. But despite her obvious assets, Vergara's also one very funny woman, lampooning stereotypes with her perfect timing. You don't have to pretend to laugh at her jokes, even if you do have to make a concerted effort to pay attention to them. And though you'd never think it to look at her, Vergara is mother to a 20-year-old."
Behind Sofia is Sports Illustrated model Kate Upton at #2; actress Rooney Mara ("The Social Network") at #3; Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr at #4; and Nicki Minaj coming in at #5.
Minaj has become a superstar over the past two years ... and a sex symbol along the ride. Thanks to her curvy figure and in front of you everywhere you look, AskMen had to put her high in the rankings.
"If you like your artists a little out-there -- but not quite Lady Gaga out-there -- then consider Nicki Minaj a good mid-range option," the website said of Nicki. "Normally, we'd warn you away from any woman with as many wigs, alter egos and odd fashion choices as the curvy "Super Bass" rapper, but this constant feature on the Billboard Hot 100 charts is soon to be a regular on the Top 99, too. With everyone from Rihanna to Drake collaborating with her, Minaj is in high demand these days. After all, it's not often you find a female emcee whose looks are as infectious as her rhymes."
Finishing out the top 10 is: actress Emma Stone at #6, Scarlett Johansson at #7, Kim Kardashian at #8, Rihanna at #9, and model Candice Swanepoel rounding out the top 10.
Others on the list include Mila Kunis, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Natalie Portman, Jessica Alba, Beyonce, Eva Mendes, Olivia Munn, and even rap newcomer Kreayshawn.
