Drummer/producer Travis Barker woke up Wednesday morning (January 18) to some embarrassing photos on the Internet, and is already taking action to make sure they disappear.

Sometime Wednesday morning, popular celebrity gossip site MediaTakeOut.com leaked nude photos of the Blink-182 drummer, which they claim were sent by Barker to another unnamed popular rocker.

Since the photo leaked, Barker's legal team has went to work.

TMZ reports that he's hired attorney Evan Spiegel to serve MTO with a cease and desist, ordering that they immediately take down the photos.

Sources told TMZ that the photos are more than five years old and were "private and never intended for public viewing or to be seen by anyone else."

At press time, the photos were still live.
