Over the past several weeks, Oakland newcomer Kreayshawn has been at the center of controversy, after throwing a couple shots Rick Ross' way during a radio freestyle.
Although she told MTV she "didn't intentionally" diss Rozay, saying her bar -- "You tryna play me like a boss / But you're faker than Rick Ross/ I'll f***ing cut your d*** off" -- used Ross' name just to rhyme, shortly after she threw another shot at the Miami rapper during a live uStream with fans.
Apparently, Ross saw/heard about the disses, and the two rappers bumped into each other at Sunday night's (August 28) 2011 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs).
Although nothing serious went down, tensions were mounting ... and could've easily gotten physical..
In a video captured by MTV cameras (see below), Ross and Kreayshawn are seen facing off at the awards show's red carpet. Ross stands afar, while his crew argues with Kreayshawn's manager Stretch, who exchanges heated words with a member of the Maybach Music Group camp and Ross himself, and things nearly escalate.
However, security rushes in to diffuse the situation, removing Stretch from the scene.
"Oh my God, VMA wildness! Nobody likes Kreayshawn, but we all have fun out here," the White Girl Mob member said while holding a mic. "Things are getting a little too serious though. I'm hella irritated right now."
In other Kreayshawn news, the rapper's Twitter (@Kreayshawn) was hacked over the weekend and leaked nude photos to the Internet, which were reportedly taken when she was underage.
"My twitter got hacked today by some anti-hollywood extremists," Kreayshawn wrote on his Tumblr page. "They sent out wack ass tweets and promoted their odd message of anti-jew stuff and deleted my twitter.
"Oh and they leaked out private photos of me while I was underage. Real nice guys! Spreading child-prono thats cute," she added. "VMA's was insane on top of that. Can I sh** man?"
The young rapper was nominated for Best New Artist, but lost to friend/peer Tyler The Creator.
Despite the two separate incidents, she said: "I ain't even mad."
