Oakland newcomer, Kreayshawn, took the Internet by storm in May, when she unleashed her viral smash "Gucci Gucci", which resulted in a record deal with Columbia just weeks later. Now, youngsters are infatuated with the pint-sized rapper, who blasted womens' addiction to retail labels on the infectious track.
In the clip, she rocked a simple mid-drift white baby tee, old stone-washed jeans, and Minnie Mouse ears, making her a unique role model for young girls. Where does she get her swagger? She shops at Good Will, Salvation Army, and any other thrift stores.
While in NYC recently, Kreayshawn hung out with Complex.com, who took her to The Hundreds retail store in SoHo and let her break down the gear she's wearing, and what she looks for when she goes shopping.
