On the day of, what would have been, Tupac Shakur's 40th birthday, Maybach Music Group recording artist, Meek Mill, keeps the legendary rapper's memory alive by dropping the official music video for his buzzing single, "Tupac Back," which is dedicated to Pac.
In the Mr. Boomtown-directed clip, Mills is backed by label boss, Rick Ross, as he spits in several scenes shot around Los Angeles. MMG artists are seen posted on the block, while Mill performs from behind bars in one shot, decked out in an orange jumpsuit. Then later, Ross assists, going shirtless while rapping several classic Tupac song titles that double as the hook.
The track is off MMG label compilation, Self Made, out now.
That's disrespectful that two such awful rappers should be using Tupac's name to make money off a song, dedication my arse! And releasing this on what would've been Tupac's 40th?! Awful beat, terrible track, Tupac will be turning in his grave.
Such a shame one of the greatest was murdered and we have idiots like this in the mainstream now. They should stop trying to tarnish the memory of a legend.
