Although he's usually at the center of controversy when it comes to the law, Waka Flocka Flame got a break this week, when he was cleared of all charges he faced regarding a raid of his Georgia home last year.
According to TMZ, a grand jury in Henry County, GA ruled that there was insufficient evidence against the rapper (real name: Juaquin Malphurs) to warrant a trial for the drug charges filed against him.
Waka was facing multiple charges -- including possession of a controlled substance and possession of weed measuring less than an ounce.
Three other charges originally filed after the raid were dropped before the case went in front of the grand jury. Charges dropped included weapons charges, and probation violation.
Waka's home was raided in December 2010. The rapper was not present, but several people were arrested in the raid. Fellow rapper Gucci Mane was detained, but was later released.
Waka has yet to comment on the charges being dropped.
