Dorrough Releases Documentary About DEA Raid

Rapper Dorrough has released a documentary, titled "Dorrough vs. DEA," centered around a raid by DEA Agent on his Texas home in early February.

During an early morning on February 8, DEA agents kicked in the door to the rapper's home in Dallas, serving a search warrant in hopes of finding evidence to drug trafficking.

However, according to Dorrough, nothing was found, nor were any arrests made.

Documents obtained by the rapper show that the raid had been planned for over a year, thanks to information given by informants and undercover officers involved.

"I just remember someone kicking in the door, I hear a lot of commotion and a lot of noise. I first thought I was getting robbed," Dorrough explains in the documentary, reported by AllHipHop.com. "So I jumped up and when I came to see what was going on, by the time I got to the door of my room, I already had guns pointed at my face."

Dorrough has maintained his innocence, and says that agents were "out of line", and after it was all said and done, said he was left him feeling "violated."

Despite the incident, Dorrough isn't let it slow down his music career. He recently dropped a new mixtape with DJ Drama, titled Gangsta Grillz: Code Red, and plans to follow with an album in June, and yet another DJ Drama-hosted mixtape.

"I use my music for everything," he says, "when I want to express myself, I do it through my music and I think there's no other better way to do it."
