 Slim Thug is being sued by a man who claims he was pistol-whipped by the rapper during a meeting at his home in Houston a year ago.
According to Courthouse News Service, a man named Clarence Evans met with Slim Thug (real name: Stayve Jerome Thomas) and Raymond Thomas III at the rapper's Houston home for a business discussion in March 2010, but when he got there, he was assaulted instead.
Evans claims that "soon after entering the home" he was "suddenly, and without warning, attached [sic] plaintiff and violently struck plaintiff in the face using the end of a pistol."
He even claims that the rapper asked others to help in the beating, and even steal money from his pockets.
Evans has sued Slim Thug in Houston, and is seeking punitive damages for aggravated assault, theft and gross negligence.
At press time, the rapper had not commented on the alleged incident or lawsuit.
