Young Buck may have been able to stop an auction of his possessions late last year, but apparently, his debt problems are still on the horizon.
According to the Wall Street Journal, creditors want their money, and one of his cars may be seized soon from Wells Fargo who financed the loan for the vehicle.
In court papers filed on Friday (January 7) by Wells Fargo Financial Tennessee Inc., the bank is demanding the right to foreclose on the rapper's 2002 BMW X5, as part of his Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceeding, which he began last September.
The bank was already granted a lien in the sport-utility vehicle, said the report, after Buck missed about seven months' worth of payments, owing more than $5,000 on the truck.
As a result of non-payment, Wells Fargo says they should be allowed to seize the car.
A decision for Well Fargo's request is expected to be made at a January 31st hearing in Nashville.
Buck (real name: David Darnell Brown) sought Chapter 13 protection last year, which resulted in the successful halt of an auction of his belongings, meant to cover his tax debt.
