Rapper T.I.'s wife, Tiny, scored a victory in court recently, when her drug possession case was dismissed in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, the hip-hop wife (real name: Tameka Cottle) had her case dismissed because she had completed 24 sessions of a certified drug diversion program in Georgia.
Tiny was facing a misdemeanor drug possession, stemming from an arrest in Los Angeles in September, where she and her husband T.I. were caught with ecstasy, prescription codeine cough syrup, and marijuana while driving down Hollywood's famed Sunset Strip.
While TIP dodged the charges in L.A., he was found in violation of his probation in his homestate of Georgia for the charges ... and was sentenced to 11 months in a prison in Arkansas, where he's currently incarcerated.
Tiny originally pleaded not guilty in November, but apparently, she doesn't have to face the music any longer.
The rapper and wife made headlines earlier this week, when T.I. was sent to the SHU (Special Housing Unit), after he was caught breaking prison guidelines during a visit with Tiny -- where she reportedly gave him a handjob.
