Its been two years since Immortal Technique has dropped an album, his last being The 3rd World, but the New York-based Peruvian rapper has not sat around stagnant. He's been working, just not strictly on music.
As we've reported over the last year and a half, Immortal Tech has been traveling the world, heading to Afghanistan in 2009 to help in the opening of an orphanage; and to Haiti in 2010 for a benefit concert.
Well, for those who aren't aware, HardKnock.tv's Nick Huff Barili caught up with the rapper to talk about all the things he's been doing over the course of the last two years, and the things he's seen in these third world countries.
Immortal Tech is also gearing up for his next album, Middle Passage, which he gives fans a little info about what to expect.
