DMX Calls Plies 'One Of The Worst' Rappers Out Right Now

DMX surfaced in St. Louis recently, and he stirred up a little controversy when he dissed Florida rapper Plies during a radio interview.
The rapper headed to the city's Hot 104.1 radio station to discuss an upcoming album, but ended up garnering attention online when he called Plies "one of the worst" rappers out.
X specifically called out the rapper for his single, "Bruh Bruh," saying: "'Bruh Bruh?' Are you serious? That has to be one of the worst. How do you even say that, or spell that? And, I'm looking at how its spelled.
"We as artists are teachers. And if you teaching people to spell like that and talk like that ... then you're dumber than the people you're supposed to be teaching. There's a difference between doing wrong and being wrong. That ain't right," X continued.
Despite dissing Plies, that doesn't mean X doesn't like southern rappers. He did praise T.I., saying TIP would be one of the artists right now he'd work with.
As the interview continued, X revealed that he plans to drop a new album in the fourth quarter of this year.
While details about the album are scarce, he said he's worked with the likes of Scott Storch and Swizz Beatz. The album would be his first single 2006's Year of the Dog... Again.
