 Fat Joe was detained by police in Madison, Wisconsin during the early morning hours of Monday (June 21), after a female reported a sexual assault incident inside the rapper's limo.
According to Wisconsin's NBC15, a 33-year-old female ended up in Joe's Cadillac limo following a concert held that evening, and was headed to a Madison hotel.
However, during the ride, she alleges that "inappropriate touching" took place by the rapper (real name: Joseph Cartagena) and his entourage.
"Shortly after the concert had concluded ... [the woman] found herself inside of a Cadillac Limousine with Joseph Cartagena and other male subjects all with the destination of a hotel located on Madison's west side," the police report reads.
Shortly after, the unidentified woman reported the incident, and police were dispatched.
Joe and crew were briefly detained, interviewed and later released.
As of press time, no charges were filed, but police say an investigation is underway.
Fat Joe is currently traveling in support of his upcoming, new solo album The Darkside, due July 27.
