Rapper Yung Berg was beaten and robbed at a home in Los Angeles over the weekend, reports TMZ.
The rapper (real name: Christian Ward) was reportedly attending a house party at around 2:00 a.m. early Monday morning (February 22) when four suspects entered the home, all brandishing firearms.
Police sources told TMZ that Berg was pistol-whipped inside the house, along with one other man. The men then allegedly robbed eight people at the party, making off with around $10,000 in cash and jewelry.
A rep for the rapper told TMZ that he hadn't heard anything about the incident.
After the story hit, Berg hopped on YouTube to respond, denying the report calling them "rumors."
"I am fine, you see me? I'm good. I'm straight. There's nothing wrong with nobody," the rapper says in the video. "Stop paying attention to bullsh**. It ain't about nothing. It gets you nowhere."
Berg never mentions the rumored incident directly. He does, however, says he has no injuries, and has been in Las Vegas working on new music.
Before signing off, the rapper says to look out for his upcoming album, an upcoming mixtape, and new music videos coming soon.
