Snoop Dogg Marches Through Times Square With Darth Vader For New Adidas Line

Snoop Dogg and Darth VaderSnoop Dogg was in New York on Thursdy (February 4), helping Adidas promote their Originals x Star Wars upcoming collection ... and he rolled deep.

According to Rap-Up.com, the rapper marched through Times Square, alongside Darth Vader, R2-D2, and a legion of stormtroopers, as you can see from the photos.

Snoop's appearance was a part of Adidas collaboration with Lucafilm LTD, for a Star Wars collection. He'll also appear in commercials promoting the line later next month.

According to a press release, the collection is their Spring/Summer 2010 line, and "fuses iconic Star Wars characters and scenes with classic Adidas Originals footwear and apparel silhouettes."

The collection will feature footwear, apparel and accessories for men, women and kids -- including track tops, various sneakers, and tees.

adidas will always be a classic to me since they was the first to help give blacks a chance with sneaker deals. even though i havent bought nothin other than cole haan nike& forces

Funny, the Holiday Special was my first SW experience as well…Which honestly was way better than Adidas ridiculous Times Square and Soho march combined
