San Francisco 49er Eric Green is being sued by a transgender New Yorker, who alleges he forcibly sodomized her.
According to the New York Daily News, Angelina Mavilia filed papers in a Florida federal court recently, and is seeking $10 million in damages.
In the documents, Mavilia alleges that the two met in a Scottsdale, Arizona casino in early 2009, when Green played for the Cardinals.
Then, one thing led to another, and eventually she and Green headed to his condo, where she says the sexual assault occurred.
Mavilia claims Green became "extremely agitated and threatening," as stated in the court documents, and warned her: "This never happened. You'd better not tell."
This is just one of two lawsuits Mavilia has pending, reports the paper.
In a separate action, Mavilia is suing the city of New York for an incident in October 2008, where she says she was abused and humiliated by NY cops.
She claims she was dehumanized by the NYPD after being arrested for trespassing in a Manhattan housing complex. In court docs, she says a female cop demanded that she take off her bra and panties, and then, peered at her genitals.
After being jailed, Mavilia says she was ordered to strip again, before being placed into cell with a man.
"You're not fooling me; I know you were not born a woman," the officer allegedly mocked. "I can see your plastic surgery."
