Tuesday, January 12th, is the veteran Raekwon's birthday. Since its his party, he wants to make sure his party music is right.

In celebration of his born day, the rapper will join DJ Skee on his Live From LA Sirius/XM show Tuesday night at 7pm PST/10pm EST to "take over," as a part of the Hip Hop Nation Take Over.

Listeners can tune into channel 40 on Sirius/XM to hear Raekwon take over Skee's channel and programming by playing and discussing his favorite and most memorable east coast and NYC hip-hop jams on the DJ's predominately west coast show.
