The climbers of Kenna's "Summit On The Summit: Kilimanjaro" climb are currently on the last leg of their trek up Tanzania's Mt. Kilimanjaro ... and, they've put together a MySpace Playlist with their favorite songs that have helped them prepare for their now live climb.
You can check the playlist -- which includes Daft Punk's "Harder Better Faster Stronger," and a live version of N*E*R*D's "Soldier" featuring Santigold -- on Myspace right here.
The "Summit on the Summit" climb is to help raise awareness about the global clean water crisis. Celebrities such as Lupe Fiasco, Santigold, Jessica Biel, Emile Hirsch, and others are all on board, treking up the mountain together for the cause.
The mastermind behind it all is Grammy-nominated musician Kenna, who recently released a new song titled "Turn" in support of their cause. It is available, FREE, for a limited time at his MySpace page at Myspace.com/Kenna.
In return, he hopes you'll help the cause as well with a donation. The climb is 19,340 feet, the same height as the official Summit On The Summit website. Those interested can sponsor a foot of the climb -- for every cent donated, you'll help in providing one liter of clean, safe drinking water, according to the website.
To donate, or for more info, visit SummitOnTheSummit.com. Here you can also the climbers live from the mountain, via photos, videos, and tweets.
