Former "Britain's Got Talent" contestant Susan Boyle topped the Billboard 200 for the second week in a row, but it was the Pied Piper himself (R. Kelly) who had the highest debut this week.
The top slots belonged to Susan Boyle, Andrea Bocelli, and Taylor Swift, R. Kelly was able to land the no. 4 spot with his latest Untitled album.
Kellz sold 114,000 coies of the new album, this being his ninth album to reach the top four positions on the chart, dating all the way back to 12 Play in 1993.
R. Kelly's debut was the only new album to reach the top 10 this week, according to Billboard.com. The next-highest entry comes from the soundtrack to "Alvin and the Chipmunks: the Squeakquel," at No. 28 with 39,000.
Lady Gaga saw a spike in sales, as The Fame moved up one spot to no. 5 this week, selling 84,000 copies; Norah Jones' The Fall rose three spots to no. 7 with 80,000 sold; and Michael Jackson's This Is It climbed to no. 8 with 75,000 copies.
Later, the Rihanna LP, Rated R, dove from no. 4 last week to no. 14 this week, selling just 59,000 copies in her second week. Then, to round out the top 20, was the Black Eyed Peas' The E.N.D., selling 50,000 more copies, putting just just shy of 1.5 million sold to date.
There was one more new debut from Juvenile. His new solo album, Cocky & Confident, debuted at no. 43 selling 23,000 copies.

According to Billboard.com, overall album sales in this past chart week (ending Dec. 6) totaled 10.14 million units, down 5% compared to the sum last week (10.72 million) and down 10% compared to the same sales week of 2008 (11.31 million).
