Rapper Pitbill is being sued by a California nightclub after he allegedly bailed on scheduled performance last minute.

According to TMZ, the Miami rapper showed up on the day of the show (May 14th), but complained about the sound equipment and was a no-show later that night.

The owners of the El Potrero Night Club in Cudahy, California said they paid Pitbull $28,000 for his appearance, but was left high and dry when he failed to even show up.

The night club filed a lawsuit against the rapper (real name: Armando Christian Pérez) in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming that lost of a total of $80,000 for Pitbull's last-minute cancellation.

Pitbull had not commented on the suit at press time.
