So, this week's Billboard 200 is ruled by "American Idol" alum Carrie Underwood, who landed her second no. 1 album, other releases outside the urban realm.
Some of the usual suspects are still doing strong though.
Last week's chart-topper, Michael Jackson, fell to no. 2 this week with the accompanying soundtrack to his finale concert film "This Is It." After selling 373,000 in its first week, the album dropped 48% in sales, pushing just 196,000 this week. However, it reaches gold-selling status.
Much later down the list, Jay-Z's The Blueprint 3 sellings another 38,000 copies to put him at no. 15, while the Black Eyed Peas' The E.N.D. rounds out the top 20 with 28,000 sold this week.
That does it for this week's top tier. Next week, we'll see if 50 Cent can top the charts once again, while newcomer Wale is poised to make an impact.
According to Billboard.com, overall album sales in this past chart week (ending Nov. 8) totaled 6.86 million units, up 9% compared to the sum last week (6.31 million) and down 2% compared to the same sales week of 2008 (7.02 million).
