Boxer superstar Manny Pacquiao and Nike have teamed up with Ustream.TV for an exclusive live webcast on Saturday (November 7), as a part of the shoe company's new "Under the Hood" program.

When the stream begins, fans will get a behind-the-scenes look into Pacman's life from 5:00 p.m. PT, but, they're also giving away tickets to be a part of the live audience during the stream to 10 lucky fans on Friday (November 6).

According to UStream, Pacquiao and his trainers will talk about how he reached the top of professional boxing, his upcoming fight against Miguel Cotto on November 14th in Las Vegas, and his personal life.

10 tickets will be given away to those who live in the Los Angeles area and can provide a valid ID to collect the winning tickets at Will Call.

To enter, you must become a Twitter follower of Ustream (@Ustream), and send a tweet with the hashtag #UnderTheHood, telling them why YOU want be part of the live audience during the event.
