A month after he was popped for weapons in Maryland, Cleveland Cavaliers guard Delonte West is facing another legal problem -- a domestic violence accusation.

According to the Associated Press, the 26-year-old NBA player's wife filed a domestic violence report against her husband on Sunday (October 25) with Cleveland police.

Kimberly West is said to have met with authorities at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, and then hopped on a plane and flew to her father's house in New Jersey.

Police told local media that there were no signs of abuse of injury.

She said Delonte West accused her of cheating on him, which turned into an argument where he grabbed her and took her wedding ring and purse.

At press time, no charges had been filed against West, but the case remains under investigation.

The Cavs are aware of the report and are "monitoring the situation", Coach Mike Brown said.
