Apple Inc. and Eminem's music publisher have failed to settle a dispute over 93 of the rapper's songs on their digital music store iTunes, so it looks like it'll go to trial.
According to the Associated Press, settlement talks were going on Wednesday (September 23), but a deal wasn't reached, thus Em's publishing company Eight Mile Style LLC will head to trial with the computer giant.
Eight Mile claims they never authorized the sale of 93 songs available on iTunes in downloadable format, and are alleging copyright infringement.
However, Apple says they have a valid agreement with Aftermath Records, which controls the Em tracks in questions, thus giving them the right to sell them.
A trail is set to begin Thursday morning (September 24).
